The iconic Premier League Trophy has arrived in Nairobi, setting the stage for a series of fan experiences and live match screenings as Guinness brings the excitement of English football to Kenya.

Guinness, the Official Beer of the Premier League, will host trophy appearances and Guinness Matchday events in Kisumu and Nairobi, giving local supporters an opportunity to see the coveted silverware up close.

The trophy will be showcased at Dondez and Berlin Lounge in Kisumu on Friday, October 16, and at 1824 and Kettle House in Nairobi on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Fans can also enjoy live screenings of the weekend’s Premier League fixtures.

The Guinness Matchday experience is designed to bring supporters together through football, entertainment and shared passion for the game, offering more than the traditional match-day viewing experience.

“We remain committed to offering our consumers premium football experiences. The presence of the trophy at the Guinness Matchday serves not just to elevate the experience but to recognize the standing of Kenya’s football fans in the support of the Premier League,” said Guinness Brand Manager Joy Murugi.

The events will celebrate Kenya’s vibrant football culture, giving fans an opportunity to connect with fellow supporters while enjoying the atmosphere surrounding one of the world’s most-watched football competitions.

Guinness and its parent company, East African Breweries Limited (EABL), have continued to invest in football-focused experiences that bring fans closer to the game through interactive activities, match screenings and brand activations.

The Premier League Trophy tour adds to this engagement, offering supporters a rare opportunity to take photographs with the iconic silverware while enjoying the excitement of live football.

Fans in Kisumu can attend the events at Dondez and Berlin Lounge on Friday, October 16, while Nairobi supporters can head to 1824 and Kettle House on Saturday, October 17.

With the trophy now in the country, Guinness is inviting football lovers to join the celebrations and experience the Premier League action alongside fellow fans.
