Mi Vida Homes has announced a strategic partnership with Space Master Properties to develop Habitat, a 24-storey mixed-use project along Ralph Bunche Road in Nairobi.

The innovative development is the city’s first to integrate healthcare, residential, and retail spaces, targeting the rapidly growing medical tourism sector.

Habitat includes 42 medical suites for healthcare professionals, residential units designed for assisted living, and retail spaces. The project is strategically designed to provide easy access to medical care while offering a unique living experience for short- and medium-term stays.

The collaboration between Mi Vida Homes and Space Master Properties ensures the project’s timely delivery and high-quality execution. With the building now topped out and show houses ready, the final stages of construction are underway.

“This partnership is a testament to our mission of creating real estate solutions that address real human needs,” said Samuel Kariuki, CEO of Mi Vida Homes. “Habitat not only offers a unique investment opportunity but also sets a new benchmark for health-focused developments in Nairobi.”

Supported by Parklane Construction, the project promises to deliver exceptional value and quality.
