Hundreds of supporters packed Nairobi’s biggest watch parties as football, music, and celebration delivered an electric championship night.

Football fever swept through Nairobi as Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) transformed Al Capone and Pelikan Village into vibrant stadium-like arenas, bringing hundreds of passionate supporters together to celebrate one of the biggest nights in world football as the 2026 champions were crowned.

From the first whistle to the trophy lift, fans dressed in their favourite club jerseys and waving team colours created an electric atmosphere filled with deafening cheers, dramatic reactions, and unforgettable celebrations.

Every goal, near miss and spectacular save, sparked an eruption of emotion, turning both venues into the ultimate matchday destinations.

More than just a football screening, the championship watch parties delivered an immersive fan experience that blended sport, music, entertainment, and culture.

Consumers enjoyed a wide selection of KBL’s iconic brands, including Guinness, Tusker, White Cap, and Balozi, alongside engaging fan activations that kept the celebrations going long after the final whistle.

The events underscored football’s unique ability to unite communities, creating shared moments of joy among friends, families, and supporters brought together by their love for the beautiful game.

“Football has an incredible way of bringing people together, creating moments that fans remember long after the final whistle,” said Joy Murugi, Brand Manager, Guinness. “Today’s watch party was about celebrating that shared passion and giving our consumers an unforgettable experience with great company, great entertainment, and our iconic brands at the heart of the occasion.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us to make this celebration truly memorable.”

At Al Capone, football met festival energy as fans were treated to captivating performances by the Black Warrior Dancers, electrifying sets from DJ Elye, MC Hype EV and Mista C, before celebrated singer-songwriter Bensoul delivered a thrilling live performance that transformed the post-match celebrations into an unforgettable musical experience.

Pelikan Village matched the excitement with its own high-energy entertainment lineup featuring Tonny Young, Wanjine, DJ Dibul, DJ Sonnie, MC Kasper and an energetic Cheer Troupe performance that kept supporters on their feet throughout the evening.

As the celebrations drew to a close, KBL’s championship watch parties once again demonstrated that football is more than just ninety minutes on the pitch. It is community, passion, and shared memories, best experienced together.

For hundreds of fans across Nairobi, the beautiful game found its perfect home, where every chant echoed louder, every goal felt bigger, and every celebration lasted a little longer.
