The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) and the Director General, Mr. George Njao, EBS, were celebrated at the 6th Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards for their outstanding contribution to public service.
The honor was for the innovative approaches in leveraging technology and commitment to improving citizen service delivery.
NTSA received the Digital Transformation in Public Transportation Award, a recognition of the Authority’s major digital transformation of systems and services.
Mr. Njao’s leadership in road safety management and transformative service delivery, also earned him individual honors.
The DG bagged , both the Public Sector Personality of the Year and the Digital Transformation CEO of the Year awards.
These achievements reflect Kenya’s push for efficiency across all Government agencies.
