Tusker Oktobafest delivered three days of live music and beer celebrations at Covo, Kahawa Sukari, from October 23 to 25, bringing together beer enthusiasts and fans of Kenyan music for the festival’s latest stop on its nationwide tour.

The event featured a diverse lineup of DJs and homegrown performers, continuing the festival’s journey following successful editions in Eldoret, Nanyuki and Mombasa.

Friday’s entertainment featured DJ Lisney and Brian the DJ, with MC Jose hosting the evening. On Saturday, October 24, Willy Paul took to the stage alongside Baze to Billboardz music group and Keteh, delivering an energetic showcase of local talent.

Njerae and the Codeblack DJs closed the three-day celebration on Sunday, October 25, with a mix of musical styles that highlighted the diversity of Kenya’s entertainment scene.

With free entry, the event gave attendees an opportunity to enjoy Kenya Breweries Limited’s portfolio of lagers, stouts, ciders and malt beverages while connecting through music and culture.

Commenting on the Kahawa Sukari edition, Rediet Yigezu, Marketing Manager at Kenya Breweries Limited, said the turnout and atmosphere reflected the ability of music and culture to bring people together.

“Through Tusker Oktobafest, we set out to take the festival experience closer to our consumers across different regions, while celebrating the richness of Kenyan talent and the diversity of our local music scene,” Yigezu said.

She added that the festival remained committed to creating memorable experiences around KBL’s beer portfolio, championing local artists and celebrating Kenyan culture.

The nationwide festival will continue with upcoming editions at the following venues:

– November 1: 1922, Mombasa
– November 7: Nebraska, Ugunja
– November 14: Space Next Door, Nakuru
– November 21: Big Tree, Mombasa
