Superior Homes Kenya Leadership Changes;

Leading real estate development company Superior Homes Kenya has announced changes within its leadership team, with Chief Executive Officer Shiv Arora stepping down from his role, effective December 31, 2025.

Superior Homes Kenya founder Ian Henderson, who has been serving as Managing Director, will assume a more direct role in the business, including oversight of operations and strategic priorities.

Shiv Arora

Shiv Arora has served as CEO for the past 5 years, helping the company navigate pivotal moments such as the COVID-19 period, as well as achieving other significant milestones.

The milestones include expansion to new development projects, growth in sales and revenue, while further institutionalizing the business and strengthening governance.
