The one-day summit at the Sarit Expo Centre is a highly anticipated gathering for private and public sectors, attracting professionals, leadership experts, and enthusiasts from Africa and around the globe to explore how influence, integrity, and purpose can shape transformational leadership within Kenya and beyond.

Participants will gain fresh insights and practical tools they can apply immediately, both individually and within their teams. The summit also offers a platform to build new networks, strengthen existing connections, and engage in meaningful dialogue with peers and industry professionals.

Absa Bank Kenya’s Managing Director and CEO, Abdi Mohamed, will be among the distinguished speakers. Speaking about the summit, Mr. Mohamed said: “Leadership is defined by the ability to inspire trust, drive transformation, and make others better.

We are therefore proud to partner with the Africa Highroad Leadership Summit 2025, a platform that carries a great potential to influence and shape Kenya’s leadership conversation and empower individuals to drive positive change.”
