In a celebration of loyalty and active engagement, Oye Kenya has awarded Stephen Kimakon a new TVS 125cc motorcycle, valued at KSh 160,000, as the top winner of its “Maisha Nikujituma” campaign.
The package also included helmets, reflectors, and a toolbox, emphasizing the company’s commitment to rider safety and support.
Kimakon’s success was driven by earning over 1,500 campaign points through consistent transactions, including fueling and purchasing lubricants at partner stations Sahara Energies and Galana Energies.
The initiative is designed to recognize and reward boda boda operators who support the platform through regular purchases, fostering stronger relationships within the sector.
“I’m overjoyed to receive this prize,” Kimakon shared. “It proves that engagement pays off. I encourage other riders to use Oye Kenya’s platform—you might just be next to win.”
Kevin Mutiso, CEO of Oye Kenya, commented on the importance of the campaign. “Today’s award highlights how strategic partnerships with Sahara and Galana help us consolidate demand, making it easier for riders to access key supplies. Our mission remains to expand financial and operational support for boda boda operators nationwide.”
Oye Kenya continues to innovate its services, aiming to uplift motorcycle taxi operators across Kenya through rewarding programs and tailored financial solutions.
